    (2) Mitsubishi Electric on their challenges on F-gas phase down and case study for the Hybrid VRF system
    (3) A-Gas Alex Stilling head of Wholesale on the current position with refrigerants, current and new.
3. BESA Cat Griffith-Williams to introduce BESA to REFCOM members.
