Read MoreThe impending skills gap is well known in the building services sector and in the construction industry in general.
As an Association we know how important it is to attract and keep talent who will embrace emerging technologies and proactively collaborate with their peers to safeguard the future of our industry.
Future Leaders is a networking and collaboration group which was set up in order to enable the next generation of the building engineering services industry to grow, have a voice and be heard. With the skills gap in our sector only widening we know that we must embrace and support talent and give them the tools to protect and enhance the future of our industry.
We launched our Future Leaders project to bring together early career personnel working in the building engineering services sector to learn about the industry and new technology, collaborate and take this forward through their own companies and through the BESA.
