A Guide to the Amendment to the Late Payments of Commercial Debts Regulations Act 2002.
On February 5th the Minister for Small Business, Andrew Griffiths, announced an Amendment to the Late Payments of Commercial Debts Regulations Act 2002. This Amendment enables a ‘representative body’ to enact legal proceedings where the Act applies.
