Apprenticeships
Invest In The Future, By Finding Talent That's Right For Your Business
Apprenticeships in Building Engineering Services
Our industry is in need of a new generation of skilled workers, therefore it is vital that we continue pumping out the quality worker required to keep our industry thriving. Introducing an apprenticeship scheme will keep both your business and the sector as a whole above water.
Employing an apprentice is easier than you think and there's financial support and help available from the government. If you are a smaller employer, you are eligible for funding which will pay between 95% and 100% of the apprentice training costs. If you are a larger employer, you can use your levy to pay for your apprenticeship training.
Taking on an apprentice will grow your workforce and can improve how you work, increasing productivity and profits, it is a no-brainer.
Apprenticeship options and funding varies by nation, access nation specific information by following the links at the bottom of the page. If you still have questions and would like further advice on apprenticeships, get in touch with our Skills Advisory Service today.
