SKILLS ADVISORY SERVICE

BESA is committed to providing up to date, clear and impartial advice and guidance to employers and individuals throughout England, Scotland and Wales.  The Skills Advisory Service has been set up to assist those within building engineering services and is free of charge to all. Get in touch, we are here to help whether it be about our online courses, apprenticeships, training or recruitment.

How BESA Can Support You:

Whether you're an employer, self-employed or looking for an apprenticeship we are here to help we can support you by:

  • Providing you with a bespoke diagnostic tailored to individual needs to assess training and skills requirements
  • Signposting you to courses, apprenticeships and training providers

For employers we can also support by:

  • Offering you a free toolkit outlining everything you need to know about apprenticeships and training
  • Providing you with information, advice and guidance on recruitment

If you're self-employed or looking for an apprenticeship we can support by:

  • Offering you a free learner toolkit, which covers everything from finding an apprenticeship to interview tips and wellbeing
  • Exploring career pathways and progression routes available to you
