The benefits explained

1.   Shape the future workforce

By engaging with schools, you have the opportunity to inspire and guide the next generation of engineers, ensuring a steady influx of skilled workers to close the skills gap and reduce your costs.

2.   Enhance industry reputation

Demonstrate your commitment to education and community involvement to boost your company’s reputation and showcase your dedication to the industry’s future.

3.   Create a talent pipeline

School outreach allows you to identify and nurture young talent early, creating a direct pipeline of future apprentices and employees who are already familiar with your company and its values.

4.   Address the skills shortage

Active participation in school engagement initiatives directly contributes to solving the industry’s skills shortage by motivating students to pursue careers in building engineering services.

5.   Corporate social responsibility

Engaging schools aligns with corporate social responsibility goals, demonstrating your company’s commitment to giving back to the community and supporting local education, helping your company meet PQP requirements, win-win.

6.   Invest in long-term success
