This webinar will reflect on the recent study that relates to the application of waste heat recovery from retail CO2 refrigeration systems. It looks at how this integrated with decarbonisation of the store’s HVAC system, in Tesco's journey to Net Zero.

Graeme is a chartered engineer with over 30 years’ experience of building services engineering. He has particular expertise in air conditioning, heat pumps, and small commercial refrigeration. He ran his own refrigeration and air conditioning contracting business for more than 25 years specialising in air conditioning design, installation and troubleshooting.
He is a former President of AREA – the European association of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump contractors – and previously served as a member of BESA Council. He is also currently a Director of ACRIB and of the Institute of Refrigeration.

Phil has over 30 years’ experience in the Retail and Commercial refrigeration sector. His principle background is in the design, selection, application of refrigeration systems and project management. At Tesco Stores, he is responsible for the Refrigeration Engineering category, specifically their controls, refrigeration plant and installation standards. His remit covers all retail stores, distribution centres, Bookers and OneStop group businesses across the UK, Central Europe, and Republic of Ireland.
