Have you ever asked the Mystery Shopper service for help with a procurement or been contacted by them to help resolve an issue? Crown Commercial Services are currently running a survey of Suppliers and Buyers to help them understand how they can improve and better provide the Mystery Shopper Service. It will take just a few minutes of your time and your contribution could have a big impact on how the service develops.
Mystery Shopper was set up in 2011 and sits within the Crown Commercial Service. It allows suppliers with a concern about public sector procurement to have their issue investigated (provided no legal action is taking place) and complainants can remain anonymous whilst the service looks into the problem and works with contracting authorities to reach a resolution.
