RESEARCHING THE SUCCESS OF FEMALE ENGINEERS IN THE UK - PARTICIPANTS NEEDED

Franziska Kunze is a student in the final year of her undergraduate degree at the University of Stirling. As part of her dissertation, she is conducting exploratory research into factors which aid the success of female engineers in the UK progressing into leadership positions below top management level.

Due to the low number of female engineers in leadership positions in the UK, finding enough participants for her online questionnaire is proving to be a challenge.

BESA are teaming up with the Women's Engineering Society (WES) to try to help her find participants.

If you think you might have any willing participants within your organisation please could you ask them to contact Franziska at flk00001@students.stir.ac.uk.
She is hoping to begin her data collection in the beginning of February.
