Future Leaders
Young engineers are the future of our industry.
BESA Future Leaders was formed in 2017 and exists to help develop the next generation of leaders in our industry and to encourage young people to chose engineering services as their career. It will also be a valuable way to bring new ideas to the industry and BESA as a trade body.
The group's current Chair is Ryan Walton of Panasonic.
The group aims to:
Encourage innovative ideas and new thinking which can be shares with the sector.
Get involved:
Anyone working in our sector under the age of 30 can join, and you don't have to be working for a BESA member. If you are interested in getting involved and benefitting from this network, simply email future.leaders@thebesa.com

BESA Annual Conference - 12th October at the Novotel in Hammersmith.
The Future Leaders Group will be hosting a "Buddy up" breakfast meeting from 9.00 - 9.40am, which will give young professionals the opportunity to meet like minded peers and have a some familiar faces throughout the day to sit with during presentations and meet up with during breaks.
Not only does the event have a selection of focused topic but it will also give the opportunity to network with industry experts and widen your network.
The Future Leaders group will play a key role as roving reporters throughout the day picking up golden nuggets of information from all the sessions and sharing them with delegates in a relaxed setting.
