WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY LOGIN DETAILS?

Your login details will be issued to you shortly after registering for a course or test via email. This email could take up to 20 minutes to come through. If you haven’t received them, you may need to check any junk/spam email folders you may have to see if they are in there. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY LOGIN DETAILS DON'T WORK?

Try typing in your login details rather than using copy and paste. If you still cannot login you can reset your details via the forgotten your username or password link.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I HAVE BOUGHT A COURSE?

Once you have purchased your course or test, it will be added to your BESA Academy profile. You will be able to access this by logging in and then navigating to your dashboard or the My Courses dropdown.

HOW DOES ONBOARDING WORK?

The onboarding process creates your profile in our proctoring system and ensures everything is working correctly before taking the online assessment. Please visit the Proctoring page for more information.

HOW LONG DOES ONBOARDING APPROVAL TAKE?

The verification of your onboarding can take between 4 – 8 hours to approve. Once this is complete you will receive an email to advise of the status.

WHEN WILL MY CERTIFICATE BE AVAILABLE?

If you have passed a test/assessment and that test used proctoring, your test session will have to be reviewed before your certificate can be released. This can take up to two working days. After this time, please check you Academy profile and if your certificate is still unavailable, contact the team by emailing academy@thebesa.com
