Linaker is a national facilities management and engineering services provider, delivering critical maintenance and compliance services across a wide range of sectors. The company works with an extensive network of specialist contractors to deliver reliable, high-quality services for its clients.
Today Linaker works with around 350 subcontractor partners, with 171 currently in scope of BESA Membership. The company has committed to completing the rollout across its supply chain within 88 days, reflecting the pace at which it is driving higher standards across its contractor network.
Linaker was the first company to adopt the BESA Member Pledge, recognising early the value it brings to its business, its clients and its supply chain.
At Linaker, leading by example has always been central to how the business operates. Over the years the company has introduced initiatives designed to improve transparency, efficiency and accountability across its supply chain.
Linaker was among the first to mandate the use of Joblogic across its supply chain, improving transparency, efficiency and compliance. This initiative helped increase its first time fix rate to more than 85%.
The company also introduced NCZ supply chain reporting for Scope 3 carbon data, enabling Linaker to achieve a 46% reduction in carbon emissions while growing the business by 44%.
The BESA Member Pledge represents the next step in that journey.
